Yes, I’ve bought a couple dolls from them and they’ve given me great customer service. It’s the closest thing to the real thing, I got a great deal and I love my doll so much, she looks great and works great! They also have great accessories for their products and would definitely recommend them, the hooks are very well made and hold the doll and head well. Worth buying! If you buy a doll you need to get a hook so the doll doesn’t lay down.
