Yes, 5-star experience. We had a few back and forth emails where I was seeking to clarify my doll had the right makeup as per some videos I saw previously. The seller took the time to explain the nuances of how photos and videos, with lighting and so on, may affect what I see at my end. Naturally, being my first purchase, I was not entirely sure to just simply accept that, but I can gladly say, that when both heads came in, I was very happy.
